In 1982, when fresh seafood in the Midwest was virtually unheard of, Bob Chinn took the gamble of his life by opening a Crab House in a small suburb outside of Chicago. Sourcing the best quality seafood from both coasts, Alaska, Hawaii, Australia coupled with a unique dining experience and great service made Bob Chinn’s Crab House an immediate success.

Almost four decades, two expansions and three generations later, Bob Chinn’s has grown to be a fixture not only on the Midwest dining scene, but also a nationally recognized institution.
