STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
Food allergies affect over 32 million people in the United States. Bob Chinn's Crab House takes all food allergies very seriously. We have put a list of policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests. These SOPs are mandatory, non-negotiable steps of service. Failure to adhere to the Allergen Standard Operating Procedures not only puts the health of the guest in jeopardy but may result in any number of applicable disciplinary action(s) for the teammate, up to and including the possibility of termination.
